NYTG Helper accesses the following data solely to provide hints and answers:

NYT game state on nytimes.com/puzzles/spelling-bee and nytimes.com/games/connections
Answer lists from beesolver.com
Word definitions from the free Dictionary API (api.dictionaryapi.dev)

What is stored

Cached answer data is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your browser.

No personal data collected

NYTG Helper does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no accounts. The extension operates entirely within your browser.

Third-party services

This extension and website load the Fraunces and DM Sans typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may collect anonymous usage data when fonts are loaded; see the Google Fonts privacy policy for details.
